I wanted to let you all know about an opportunity to participate in an art contest to earn money.
If you need supplies to do this let Mrs. Burghy know. Also, please see Mrs. Burghy for questions, ideas, sketch checks, and help. There is a link below for you to see the winners from last year. *** Remember to do what the theme is this year, not what was done last year. https://www.lionsclubs.org/en/start-our-approach/youth/peace-poster/grand-prize-winners The Final is due to Mrs. Burghy, Monday, October 10th. This is a contest sponsored by our local and national Lion's club. • The contest is open to students who will be 11, 12 or 13 years of age on November 15, 2022. Eligible birth dates are November 16, 2008 through November 15, 2011. • Artwork must be no smaller than 13 inches by 20 inches (33 centimeters by 50 centimeters) and no larger than 20 inches by 24 inches (50 centimeters by 60 centimeters).
